Lilalab Incubator: A Program That Develops the Entrepreneur, Not Just the Business Idea
The first generation of the Lilalab Incubator has been selected!
In January 2025, we launched an innovative entrepreneurship education program that differs from traditional incubators. The Lilalab Incubator is not solely focused on developing business ideas—it’s primarily about the personal growth of the individual, the entrepreneur. The program is designed for young people aged 18 to 30 who want to gain confidence, skills, and support on their entrepreneurial journey.
The Values of the First Generation
As part of the selection process, we held an online group interview where candidates completed a self-assessment task. Based on the analysis of their responses, we selected the first generation of participants. Throughout the selection process, we noticed that certain traits appeared repeatedly, confirming that they are key to a successful entrepreneurial path.
That’s why we’ve included them as core values of the Lilalab Incubator:
Creativity – Freedom of expression and playfulness are key to new ideas. Creativity means pushing boundaries, experimenting, and boldly searching for unconventional solutions.
Persistence – Persistence means not giving up at the first obstacle but looking for ways forward. It helps us overcome challenges.
Curiosity – A curious and open approach to life brings joy, ease, and creative momentum. It opens doors to new things and broader perspectives.
Compassion – Understanding and genuine care for others create connection and a sense of community. We know how to listen, support, and act in the best interest of those around us.
Playfulness – The courage to test, experiment, and explore without fear of making mistakes.
These traits not only define the participants—they are also the foundational building blocks of the entire program.
A Structured Program with a Holistic Approach
The Lilalab Incubator includes interactive workshops, a co-working space, and group mentoring. We place special emphasis on personal development, as we believe that an entrepreneur’s confidence is key to turning any business idea into reality.
The program is co-funded by the European Union under the Erasmus+ program, which means it is free of charge for the first generation of participants.
